6th Session of the Constitutional Commission`s Human Rights Sub-Committee Held
Constitutional Commission's Human Rights Sub-Committee held the sixth session on July 2, 2003 at 13.00 h.
Constitutional Commission's Human Rights Sub-Committee held the sixth session on July 2, 2003 at 13.00 h. Mr. Rodoljub Sabic presided over this session.
The Sub-Committee completed the discussion on proposals, remarks and suggestions concerning the Draft Constitution of Serbia Chapter on Human Rights and Basic Liberties (Working Text), submitted by Messrs. Rodoljub Sabic, Anton Biaci and Zarko Obradovic, Ph. D.
The Sub-Committee members reached the principled consensus on the proposed part of the Constitution concerning human rights and basic liberties, which is to be delivered to the Constitutional Commission for the further reconciliation. Agreement on several solutions offered by the Sub-Committee members has not been reached, so the Constitutional Commission shall decide on these solutions.
